A tragic incident unfolded in Itanrin, Ijebu-Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State, as a 32-year-old man, identified as Samson Sikiru and known to be a drug addict, allegedly strangled his mother to death. The suspect’s younger brother, who works as a night guard, raised the alarm upon discovering their mother’s lifeless body upon returning from duty.
