The evidence is overwhelming.
The Prof Soludo declaration will not stand. He was declared winner with 112, 229 votes leading PDP candidate, Valentine Chineto Ozigbo who scored 53,807 votes with 58,422.
But AIF Media investigation reveals that areas where INEC did not conduct election like Ebenebe, Abatate, Amanuke, Umuoji, Nzam, Osumoghu etc has over 300,000 votes who were disenfranchised.
The constitution and Electoral Act are very clear. The law says ‘don’t make return until you go back to those polling units where elections couldn’t hold and conduct election where the number of registered voters will make a difference to the margin of lead.
It is clear that any party, either APC, YPP or PDP that scores up to 200,000 votes from the over 300,000 votes where elections couldn’t hold would have emerged winner ahead of APGA.
These are part of the issues the Tribunal will determine.
AIF Media will continue to expose some facts being canvassed at the tribunal as we move into the last phase of the Anambra state governorship election – which is approaching the court to challenge the outcome of an election.
