Super Eagles/ Real Sociedad Player, Sadiq Umar To Undergo Surgery

Super Eagles/ Real Sociedad player, Sadiq Umar, has undergone a successful surgery on Thursday.

Sadiq had been diagnosed with a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament on Monday and would be unable to play for the rest of the season.

In a fresh update on Thursday, his club said “Sadiq underwent surgery this morning. The operation was successfully carried out with no issues. He will remain in the hospital until Friday or Saturday, depending on his evolution.”
