TG Omori Speaks Up on Blaqbonez’s Strategic Use of Banter to Boost Music Career

Renowned music video director, TG Omori, has publicly criticized fellow rapper Blaqbonez, accusing him of capitalizing on their rivalry for personal gain.

In a recent interview on the Zero Conditions podcast, TG Omori asserted that Blaqbonez has been using their online banter as a means to boost his own career in the competitive music industry.

Omori pointed out that since the emergence of their feud, Blaqbonez’s career has taken a more positive trajectory, especially after he started mimicking and engaging in online exchanges with the director.

The feud between the two artists ignited when Blaqbonez decided to direct the music video for his hit track ‘Back In Uni’ himself, after reportedly declining to pay TG Omori’s substantial fee for his directorial services.

During the podcast interview, TG Omori voiced his willingness to tolerate Blaqbonez’s banter on social media, as long as it remains within acceptable boundaries.

He was quoted as saying, “Blaqbonez is attempting to ride on my success for his own prosperity. Although he’s my associate, I’m inclined to let him bask in the limelight. ‘Emeka must shine.'”

TG Omori further explained, “Blaqbonez’s most prominent video was the one where he engaged in a banter with me, ‘Back In Uni.’ The inclusion of my name garnered increased attention for the video. If you can’t afford TG Omori, you use my name.”

Acknowledging their professional connection, Omori conceded, “I understand his approach. We’re not exactly close friends, but I won’t intervene as long as he maintains respect towards me. I’ve witnessed a boost in his career due to our banter, and I jokingly asked him for a 10% cut. Nonetheless, I’m willing to let it slide, as we achieve growth by uplifting one another.”

In an interesting turn of events, TG Omori took a moment to commend himself, attributing his success to his own prowess and dubbing himself as the foremost expert in the industry.
