Unemployed Graduate Transforms Life Through Fashion Designing, Expresses Gratitude to Soludo for Life-Changing Scheme

By Tony Eri

Ijeoma Blessing Onukwube from Anaku, Anambra State, is a living testimony to the life-changing impact of Governor Soludo’s one youth, two skills scheme.

After graduating from higher institution in 2019, Onukwube was unemployed for a long time. She was so frustrated that she considered joining girls in doing hook-up business.

But last year, a friend told her about the one youth, two skills scheme. Onukwube immediately enrolled in the scheme and learned how to become a fashion designer.

Today, Onukwube is a proud fashion designer. She has even sewed a cloth for a friend living in Abuja who asked if truly she’s the one that made the fabric.
