While we await November 30, for the court decision on APGA and Prof Soludo, we shall continue to educate the poor minds on the position of the law.
We have told our readers that the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria refers to the state as a constituency in a Governorship election.
This is where Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo of APGA committed the biggest blunder of the century and stands disqualified except the courts say otherwise.
Now let’s look at section 178 subsection 4 of the constitution. It reads;
(4) FOR THE PURPOSE OF AN ELECTION UNDER THIS SECTION A STATE SHALL BE REGARDED AS ONE CONSTITUENCY.
When Prof Soludo in his INEC form EC9 said he was contesting for Aguata II-Anambra, it was a clear false information filed under affidavit.
APGA had no candidate for November 6 Anambra state governorship election.
Valentine Chineto Ozigbo will be inaugurated on March 17, 2022.
Below is what the constitution said.
