Victor Umeh vs Peter Obi: A Lesson To Learn

For two (2) days running, Senator Chief Victor Umeh has personally been on social media working hard to defend his administration as the National Chairman of APGA.

Despite having good hands in the media to defend him, Umeh had to come in himself to begin to defend numerous allegations being levelled against him.

The altercation and exchange of words started with the interview Umeh granted ndi Sun Newspaper where he claimed to have made Peter Obi the governor of Anambra state.

Umeh’s claim didn’t go down well with Obi’s camp who published contradictory facts against Umeh’s claim staying how it was Obi that made Umeh.

The argument generated into some issues and management of APGA during the 13 year reign of Umeh as the National Chairman.

While those arguments and objections were being raised, Chief Gbenga Afeni, the APGA National Organizing Secretary under the leadership of Umeh came in.

He told Umeh plainly and exposed how all of them in the leadership of APGA then under Umeh benefitted from Peter Obi.

The lesson here is that once you are giving any chance to oversee the affairs of any organisation, do your best. Do not extort, misappropriate nor mismanage the that public trust.

Those who are in leadership today will some day be called back to account for their stewardship.
