After the YPP Primaries on Wednesday 1st of June 2022, for Anambra State House of Assembly, A Frontline Aspirant for Anambra State House of Assembly in Ekwusigo Constituency under the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Lady Juliet Anaeme (Ada Ozubulu) was declared winner of the primary though unopposed.

To my great Constituents, stakeholders, Royal fathers, clergies, leaders and all sons and daughters of Ekwusigo...
With every humility and a heart filled with gratitude, I come to you today to thank and appreciate you for your support and the chance to fly the ticket of our great party, the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Ekwusigo State Constituency.
I promise that this ticket you have so graciously granted me, which we shall most certainly win at the general elections, will be a chance for me to put my many years of experiences to work. I therefore, assure you that things will be better in terms of effective Representation
If given the opportunity to serve you my good people of Ekwusigo Constituency, I shall devotedly and religiously try my best in giving you nothing but quality & effective Representation. I will make sure my contributions in terms of bills, motions, reports, debates and oversights, are made solely for the welfare of the people, and that they also represent the core values and ethos of our people.
I will ensure that my availability and accessibility to our people will never in anyway be hindered. I also will make sure that there will be no genuine request, interest or concern, within my powers, that I will not meet.
Therefore, to all those who came vehemently against my aspiration, I beg for your understanding. To those who in one way or the other I did hurt by this aspiration or during the course of my contest, please forgive me. But please come let’s have a partnership for the future and growth of Ekwusigo Constituency.
