In line with the dedication and commitment of His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi UGWUANYI in Security of lives and properties in Enugu State, an aide to the Governor , Barr. Henry Nnanna Okeke have called on all Political stakeholders, Community leaders, the Clergy and all well meaning Ndi Enugu to support the Governor’s efforts by encouraging and motivating Security agencies in the State and especially at the rural areas.
Barr. Okeke made the clarion call during the presentation of Police Uniform and accessories he procured to support a hard-working Police Sergeant Alumona Kanayochukwu of the Mbanabo Police Division, Agbogugu Awgu LGA .
In his words ” I met this young and hard-working Police Sergeant at his duty post ( Agbogugu, AWGU LGA Enugu State) and I saw the need to encourage and motivate him with a brand new Police Uniform and accessories.
This is in keeping with the huge commitments of His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi UGWUANYI ( my Boss) in the area of Security – Community Policing.
It is my understanding that the way to Good Police System starts with a decent and clean Uniform. “
It is important to note that Enugu State Government under the leadership of His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi UGWUANYI is strongly committed to ensuring that Ndi Enugu and visitors alike are well secured at all times.
