Call him ‘The Healthcare Specialist’ and you are not wrong as he has delivered creditably in that regard by seeing to the establishment of several hospitals catering to the *daily* medical needs of the people.
This noble achievement has been recorded in line with his drive towards delivering legacy projects as against the usual norm of periodic medical outreaches some of which are mere ‘paracetamol dispensing exercises’.
“Health is wealth and it is indeed very vital that our people have access to standard well equipped medical facilities that cater to their loved ones whenever such need arises whether in emergency situations or routine visits in search of medical succour. By so doing, one doesn’t need to wait for periodic medical outreach program from.legislators before having access to quality medical care and attention whenever the body breaks down” Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah insists.
In addition to delivering the various hospitals, a befitting rehabilitation centre is currently being built for sickle cell patients in Nanka, Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
On Employment Opportunities For Our Teeming Youth Population:
While the Senator has continued to facilitate the employment of several youths from Anambra South Senatorial Zone into various federal ministries , agencies and parastatals as well as academic institutions , he has also made deliberate efforts to kill two birds with one stone by deepening the employment opportunities available to the youths . This he has done by pushing for the establishment of two key institutions through his strategic bills whose outcome will trigger massive employments on a huge scale.
Some of his legislative efforts poised to trigger job creation include :
∆: The bill for establishment of the Aviation Training Institute in Mbosi, Ihiala Local Government Area.
∆: The bill for the establishment of Petroleum Tankers Safety Institute in Oraifite, Ekwusigo Local Government Area.
Being a commerce driven entrepreneur himself, he also took his Midas touch to the bussiness sector through various empowement programs, CBN loans, artisan support initiatives, provision of market shops, cold rooms and clean toilet facilities in the various markets in the Senatorial District, amongst other impacts/interventions which includes his motion on the urgent need to checkmate the exorbitant increase and unjustifiable shipping fees charged by shipping companies on Nigerian Bound Cargoes Etc.
His push for an industrial park for the zone is also gradually yielding results with land already mapped out for the project in Amichi, Nnewi South Local Government Area.
Senator Ubah rebuilt the burnt electrical spare parts market, Nnewi and donated huge sums of money towards providing relief to traders whose wares were affected by the inferno at the markets in Nnewi , the Ochanja market in Onitsha and that of Obosi spare parts market also affected by fire incidents.
On education, a sector he values so much having struggled earlier in life as the first child to a family of teachers that had to drop out of school to help his parents overcome financial hardship. The Senator who became a trade apprentice (Nwa Boi) and yet had the presence of mind to return back to the classroom years later as a billionaire young bussiness entrepreneur , is today a law degree holder. Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah is on a mission to ensure that both pupils and students gets exposed to quality and qualitative education in modern conducive learning environments by delivering new model school desks and chairs, computers, laboratory equipments, educational materials/books, new classroom blocks Etc . Several Primary and Secondary schools in Orumba North and South, Ekwusigo, Nnewi South, Aguata, Ihiala and Nnewi North Local Governments are today all beneficiaries of this intervention and the list keeps growing as more schools gets mapped out for similar interventions.
20 Units of Three Bedroom Bungalows for the aged poor and the widows in various communities spread across the 7 local governments areas in the zone are also at final stages of completion with majority ready for commissioning.
Then add the provision of solar lights and water boreholes to various communities in the entire 7 local government areas as well as road rehabilitation projects, all achieved in three years of astute representation at the Red Chambers.

Little wonder they insist that there is no vacancy yet in Anambra south senatorial district as the Senator gets set to consolidate on his achievements.
