Aliko Dangote Chairs Anti-Malaria Council

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) on Tuesday inaugurated Nigeria End Malaria Council in Abuja, noting that eradicating malaria would save Nigeria about N687 billion in 2022 and N2 trillion by 2030.

Buhari appointed the Chairman, Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, as Chairman of the 16-member Council, stating that the strategy to tackle malaria had both public health as well as socio-economic benefits for Nigeria.
