Ekwunife Condoles With AIG Chris Ezike (Rtd) Over Brother’s Death

The leading governorship aspirant for the November 6 election under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Ekwunife on Friday, March 12, 2021, alongside her beloved husband Chief Larry Ekwunife (Ochendo) joined friends and well-wishers to mourn late Mr. Frank Nkemakonam Ezike.

The late Mr. Ezike who died at the age of 53 was until his death the brother of AIG Chris Ezike (Rtd). The funeral held at Okpunoifite village, Ogboji in Orumba South LGA, Anambra state.

While condoling with the family, Ekwunife expressed sadness over the death of the deceased. She described the Ezike family as very good friends of her family, saying that the deceased lived a humble and disciplined life. She prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased.

Appreciating, AIG Chris Ezike (Rtd) who spoke on behalf of the deceased family thanked the Senator and her husband for making out time to mourn with them. He noted that between yuletide season of the previous year and this month that Ekwunife has made about three visits to the family in commiseration over the demise of his brother.

Meanwhile, the Chairman Senate Committee on Science and Technology also on behalf of her family and the good people of Anambra Central Senatorial District extended condolences to the immediate family and the entire Ezike family of Ogboji community.

Dignitaries present were former CBN Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, PDP governorship aspirant, Mr Valentine Ozigbo, former Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Hon. Ken Azinze, former Member ASHA, Hon. Joseph Dimobi, former Chairman ASUBEB, Dr. Rose Nwankwo, former Anambra state Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs. Henrietta Agbata, former Accountant General of Anambra state, Mrs. Helen Nwaeri, Nollywood Actress, Rita Edochie, Mr. Chukwudi Kalu, Legislative Assistant to the Senator, Mrs. Ify Chinwuko amongst others.
