Enugu Govt Partners with Lidya to boost SME’s contribution to economic development

In order to accomplish industrialization through Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, through ENUGU STATE SME Agency, has partnered with Lidya (@Lidyadotco) to provide collateral-free working capital – Enugu SME Business Support Loan (ESBSL) for SMEs and MSMEs.

Lidya is a USA holding financial institution that provides access to credit and finance across frontier and emerging markets. Lidya operates across 3 continents and 5 countries which are USA, Portugal, Nigeria, Poland and Czech Republic.

According to Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah (@Arinze Chilo-Offiah) the Special Adviser, SME Development Head, Enugu SME Center, the government, through the deployment of technology, expertise, and financial resources is creating an enabling environment for SMEs to grow.
