The Worst Injustice And Inhumanity To Man are Happening In Anambra State Police And Judicial Sector.

I went to the Onitsha Prison visitor’s room to see Daberechi Asadu, the 19-year-old girl accused of being a member of IPOB. I saw another young girl Kosisochukwu Obaji who has been in prison custody since 20th January 2023.

She told me she demanded her two months’ salary from her boss and was surprised to hear from her boss about missing N700,000.00.

Her salary wasn’t paid and she was arrested without investigation and charged to Magistrate Court 1 Nnobi for stealing.

She has been in Prison since January 2023 and is unable to perfect her bail conditions of N500,000 and one surety who must be resident in Nnobi, Anambra State.

At about 2:45 pm, I was at Nnobi Magistrate court 1 to verify her story which I discovered to be true.

How can you expect a good judge to pass a good judgement under this kind of court environment?

PMB said that the state judicially should be independent, states governors opposed it, and some people refused to see that the majority of Nigeria’s problems are caused by states Govs, and all they are shouting is PMB this Buhari that….just take a look at Magistrate court in Nnobi in Idemmili LG in Anambra state…

We will leave all this plank in our eyes and be going up and down looking for a Yoruba or Hausa man to remove sand from his eyes.
