The High Court Owerri has just dismissed all the applications filed by Ozo Victor Ike Oye challenging its earlier judgement recognizing Jude Okeke as the authentic acting National Chairman of APGA and Hon Chukwuma Umeoji as the Candidate of the party for November 6 Anambra state governorship election.
In its ruling the court restrains INEC from removing Umeoji’s Name as candidate of APGA for Anambra Governorship election.
The Owerri High Court Ruling today also struck out Oye/Soludo fresh suit against Umeoji.
On the application for leave to be joined the judge told them that she has given her judgement and ordered them to go to Appeal Court.
The court refused the stay of execution of the Valid Judgment that declared Umeoji Candidate and the APGA Convention as well as the NEC meeting of June 15 that produced Okeke as valid.
More details coming soon.
