Support Group Says Tinubu/Shettima Presidency Will Redeem Nigeria

A support group for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the Tinubu For President Action Group (T4PAG), has said the ticket is equipped to pull Nigeria out of its current doldrums.

Chairman of T4PAG, Prince Eyitayo ‘Lanre Adegun, speaking during the inauguration of the group’s Abuja chapter, also said the country would experience rapid development and good governance if Tinubu is elected.

He said the mere fact that both Tinubu and Shettima were once governors, who governed their states creditably, represents hope for Nigeria and Nigerians.

Speaking to reporters after the inauguration, Adegun said: “The combination of Tinubu/Shettima cannot be disputed as the most perfect team and they represent the only hope of Nigeria and Nigerians.

“Based on their antecedents, I would advise all well-loving Nigerians to join them and work for the victory of Tinubu and Shettima”, he said.

Director, Planning and Strategy, Tokunbo Adegun, added that T4PAG is the only support group that currently has a unit which emphasizes on, and caters for the inclusion of the disabled in Nigeria’s current political clime.

Speaking after his inauguration as the FCT Coordinator of the Group, Abdulmalik Ahmed Nyako, pointed out that if Nigeria must get out of social-economic, security doldrums then the Tinubu-Shettima team remains an indispensable factor in the 2023 general elections.

“Tinubu’s track record as governor of Lagos State, speaks volumes and his running mate who was a former Borno State governor too, such combination in the presidency will ensure that Nigeria will experience rapid development and good governance,” Nyako added.
