In an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, stated that the rising cost of living in Nigeria is not unique to the country, citing factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine/Russia war.
