Arising from the Anambra State Congress Awareness/Sensitization Committee meeting held at Bon Hotel under the Chairmanship of Rt. Hon. Ralph Okeke (Akajiugo) with the Anambra State National Congress Committee.
The National Congress Committee for Anambra State Congresses addressed the Anambra State APC Stakeholders. Briefed them on the modalities as the State had adopted for Anambra State Congresses. And informed the house on the Congresses timetable as listed below:

Date: Wednesday 26th January.
Venue: Ward meeting places.
Amount for Contestants Nomination/Expression of Interest Form:
*Ward Chairman #10,000
*Vice Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer #5,000
*Others #2,000.
Women/Physically challenged will pay 50% of the money for the interested position.
*2. Local Government Congresses:*
Date: Thursday 27th January.
Venue: Local Government meeting places or may be decided by the LG.
Amount for Contestants Nomination/Expression of Interest Form:
*Local Government Chairman #25,000
*Vice Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer #15,000
*Others #10,000.
Women/Physically challenged will pay 50% of the money for the interested position.
*3. State Congress:*
Date: Sunday 30th January.
Venue: APC Glasshouse, Awka.
Amount for Contestants Nomination/Expression of Interest Form:
*State Chairman #100,000
*Vice Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer #50,000
*Senatorial Zonal Chairman #5,000
*Others #30,000.
Women/Physically challenged will pay 50% of the money for the interested position.
