It was a remarkable day as, Chief Emeka Igwe the PDP Candidate for House of Representative for Awka North and South Federal Constituency who is from Ezume kindred of Umuogbu Village of Awka, hosted his Sisters ( Umu’Ada ) and wives ( Umu’inyom ).
The get together which was birthed by Etoo Dike’s resolve to run an all inclusive and people oriented representation from home, where women are made integral part of the process of achieving a better society, was more of a re union as the women cheerfully danced and Casted their Prayers and Blessings in High Spirit.
The Chair Person of both Umu’Ada and Umu’Inyom testified to be Beneficiaries or witnesses of Etoo Dike’s benevolence over the years, ranging from financial interventions, Employment opportunities, e.t.c to indigent families within and outside the community, and as such he is a Good Son.
They resolved to get more involved in ensuring that their Son emerges victorious at the polls, because according to them “This is Our Own”

The prayer of a mother is dear to the heart of God, just like Queen Esther they have resolved to fight their sons battle through prayers and supplication to God.
The excited women took turns for their prayer sessions after which they were treated to some refreshments.
In attendance were Ozo Sir Gabriel Igwe ( Ozo Chinemeze ), Hon. Barr Kenneth Arinze, Chief Sir Charles Nwachukwu ( Nwezeoku ). Hon. Mrs. Ngozi Nwamuo amidst others.
Etoo Dike thanked everyone for honouring his call and for the many Blessings and prayers they have bestowed on him and he also prayed God to bless them all in equal measures.
It was indeed a Sensational event.!
